How much does a roof replacement cost in Dallas? +
Most single-family homes in the Dallas area run $9,000–$18,000 depending on size, pitch, and materials. After a free inspection you get one written price, and if an insurance claim applies, most of our customers end up paying only their deductible.
Will my insurance cover hail damage? +
If your roof took hail or wind damage from a named storm, usually yes. The catch is documentation, claims get denied when damage is photographed badly or scoped late. We document everything and meet your adjuster on the roof.
How long does a roof replacement take? +
Most homes: one day. We start at 7am, and by evening you have a new roof, a clean yard, and a magnetic sweep done. Larger or steeper roofs can take two.
